Concept 01 · Actively sketching

The Unfinished Ear

An evolving audio course about listening, sound, signal flow and the decisions between source and session.

No polished curriculum yet. This page stays visible while the idea earns its final shape.

01 · The premise

Learn the decision, not the recipe.

The aim is not another list of perfect settings. It is a way to hear what a sound needs, understand where it changes and make deliberate choices.

Short explanations, audible examples and practical exercises will move from the instrument through the signal chain into a finished session. The exact format is still open by design.

02 · Working outline

Pencil marks, not promises.

The core is taking shape. The collaborative chapters remain deliberately conditional until the right people and format are in place.

01

Listening before touching

Reference, intention and learning to name what you actually hear.

Core
02

From source to signal

Instrument, cable, interface, gain and every hand-off in between.

Core
03

Shaping without guessing

Tone, dynamics, space and the reason behind each move.

Drafting
04

Harmony that can be heard

A musical language chapter — if the collaboration takes form.

Felix?
05

Extended piano

Range, voicing and texture beyond the familiar register.

06

Online lessons

A live layer for listening, questions and individual application.

Format test

03 · Possible second voice

Enter: Felix aka Pater Kackter.

If Felix joins the experiment, the course expands into harmony and extended piano — with online lessons that connect theory, keyboard and actual musical decisions.

Collaboration status · gloriously unconfirmed
01

Harmony

Structures that can be heard and used — without burying them in fog.

02

Extended piano

Voicing, range, texture and the strange possibilities beyond familiar keys.

03

Online lessons

Live sessions for questions, listening and applying the material together.

04 · Work log

What happens next.

01Now

Finding the spine

Define the promise, sequence and first listening exercises.

02Next

Build one real chapter

A pilot before platforms, pricing or a grand curriculum.

03Then

Invite a small first room

Test the material, listen back and decide what deserves to grow.

No launch theatre

It opens when there is something worth opening.

The first interest list will appear here after a pilot chapter exists. Until then, the page remains an honest record of the idea becoming real.
